Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Convert Hub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Use License

Convert Hub grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software application subject to the following conditions:

• The software is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms
• You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service

User Responsibilities

When using Convert Hub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the security of your API keys and account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Not use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with the terms of service of third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Cartesia)

Third-Party Services

Convert Hub integrates with third-party AI services including Google Gemini, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Cartesia. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of these third-party services. You must obtain and maintain valid API keys from these providers to use certain features.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Convert Hub and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you create using the Service, including presentations, scripts, and generated videos.

Subscription and Payment

Convert Hub offers various subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Convert Hub, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convert Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Convert Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
